July 26, 2000 - Golden Ratio Woodworks
Teams Up with Compass Massage for the GOP Convention in Philadelphia.
Compass Massage & Bodywork, an on-site provider of
therapeutic massage services located in Ocean City, NJ, has been busy planning
the chair massage and relaxation area for the volunteers of
Philadelphia 2000.
President and Founder, Monique Frost, CMT,
rallied the "therapeutic touch community" to provide more than 4,000 free
chair massages, valued at over $60,000 during the 10 days in Philadelphia.
They have 10 custom-made red, white and blue Golden Ratio QuickLite
Massage Chairs, donated by Golden Ratio Woodworks, Thumper® massage
equipment for the weary feet, 20,000 samples of Biofreeze pain relieving
gel and coupons for future chair massage bookings.
"This has been one of those once-in-a-lifetime opportunities. I'm just thrilled
that all the pieces of the puzzle have come together and that everyone involved
has received the concept with as much enthusiasm as I have. It's time we make
more people aware of the level of professionalism and care that's
available to reduce stress and increase overall wellness. Together, we're
looking forward to bringing touch therapy into the 21st century during
such an exciting time for Philadelphia and the tri-state area!" Monique
said.
Golden
Ratio Woodworks is proud to assist the industry by raising awareness
of the therapeutic benefits of massage.
